How do I remove MathType software from Word? - mathtype software

I have tried everything to remove MathType software and the menu of Microsoft Word, but it simply does not. Any tips? These are just some things I was looking for.
1. I uninstalled the program using the Control Panel.
2. I can temporarily get rid of models permanently with tools and accessories, but not.
3. I went to the Applications folder and delete the 6-commands, including MathType MathType Word.dot and MathPage.wll

Even after all these things MathType menu is still on the ground. What am I missing?
