Contact your provider to see if you go out insurance and then report the phone stolen or lost. Do not use the phone afterwards. Just go with a phone for a few days and get a chance to be good news.

Sorry if it does not replace damaged water. I can only recommend is better to buy another phone or to ask another company if they have dead phones as part exchange for another. This is a cell phone contract? If so, you have paid to the insurance? This could be another option.
