Electronics Kit Build Help? - generator specialist

I'm doing a DIY electronics kit, set # 80-240 LKG Industries logic probe. In addition, 80-230 Op-Amp Function Generator. I have a two years diploma in electronics and have made a work of electronic light. But I've never welded a committee of the whole PC. In class we have with small projects at a time, especially on the boards of the bread.
