Swimming Training Aids Is Using Swimming Training Aids (fins, Paddles & Kick Board) Actually Making Me More Dependent On Them?

Is using swimming training aids (fins, paddles & kick board) actually making me more dependent on them? - swimming training aids

Is aid really makes me stronger, or harder for me to swim without her? Training aid, which does what?
Swim 1.25 hours per day, over 30 laps, freestyle, 10 laps with a kick board, outdoor 50 meters.

No, you pay! With a kick-array, you can focus on your leg measures to strengthen them so that you give more power if they reunited with their arms.

Consider other forms of aid that you can try to buoys are - a swimmer for the legs, you work in your arms

Fins (flippers) and hand paddles are for strengthening the legs and arms respectivly but this will slow down after the good start, but they work, and you should see that "swim without the help of" improving times!

I hope that helps!

such aid is not that you depend on them, like the right kind of exercises they can do more work for the arms and legs, especially make pallets and planks ... Fins, which swim faster for other assistance, if you remove them, you can feel the bath very slowly

They tend to enable them better, but it helps to practice or kickinjg place just as the cannon to get running before you start "

Hope this helps

When bathing, do not use all the time. Heat, without some special features of AIDS and then at the end while a few laps without them. You see the difference!
