1997 honda civic Vtec!!!!? - honda kick n go for sale

Hey, I got one in 1997 Honda Civic EX (D16Y8) VTEC mill. Then I saw on YouTube that the car itself, if it comes at 5500 rpm under a light, yellow light is VTEC. doesent my car well idk why, but does not support frames. Light VTEC should still see an oval, but it seems, is covered with black plastic. VTEC does not support frames appear only dont light in 1997 Honda Civic EX with automatic transmission or just my VTEC work? I know it works because you come into hearing at 5500 rpm, I think it would be cool if you can see, when the VTEC actually occur plz help n Thank you:)
